The St. Louis Small Business Task Force was created to bring together leaders from a myriad of industries to clearly define and address the short and mid-term challenges presented by the economic downturn triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic for small to mid-size businesses, and to share the resulting knowledge, resources, and tools business owners need to guide their companies forward.
Our mission is to support and empower St. Louis’s small and mid-sized business owners so they have the vital information and insight they need to guide their companies forward.
Supporting and empowering St. Louis’s small
and mid-sized business owners
Our goal is to help reenergize the St. Louis economy by creating a multi-disciplinary cohort to educate business leaders and executives, create new connections and collaborations, share information in specific areas of expertise so that members can go forward and share relevant and accurate information among our networks.
The St. Louis Small Business Task Force members are leaders in construction, business, food service, supply chain, logistics, operations, economics, banking, marketing, accounting, and more. Find out more about our members here.
The St. Louis Small Business Task Force will meet weekly to dissect specific industries and members’ areas of expertise; each week, insights from the meeting will be published here—free and available to the public.
After each meeting, insights will be published on this website and each task force member will disseminate those key findings to his/her network. Insights will be informed by the task force’s multi-disciplinary approach, which serves to give members and the community the advantage of getting quickly up-to-speed on a variety of salient topics necessary for business recovery, sustainability, growth, and rebirth during the economic downturn. Armed with this information, business owners are empowered to make strategic decisions and solve problems in a more informed manner.
